Exchange Policy
We do not offer any cash or credit card returns.
All discount items are FINAL SALE. Includes sale items and items paid with a discount code.
Only exchanges for another item or store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
For exchanges MUST send us an email first with your name, order number and reason for exchange at sales@baseballworldmiami.com and once an RA number has been provided, send your item to: 9590 SW 40 ST Miami Florida US 33165.
We are not responsible for items sent with no RA number.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Baseball Stirrups are only eligible for exchange if in original condition and have not been tried on.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your purchase is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Store Credits are valid for 90 days from issue date.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
